Our corrections commitment
Every factual error on this site is corrected within 48 hours of verified notification. Every correction is logged with a dated note at the top of the affected page so readers can see what was updated and when.
What we correct
- Wrong license number, license authority, or expiry date
- Wrong bonus terms (wagering requirements, minimum deposit, expiry period)
- Wrong payment method fees, minimums, or processing times
- Wrong customer support channels or response times
- Any misstatement of the operator’s stated policies
- Broken links, wrong images, or attribution errors
- Typographical or grammatical errors materially affecting meaning
What we do NOT correct on request
- Editorial verdicts (an operator’s opinion of our review is not a factual error)
- Rating scores (these follow our documented S.Protect methodology)
- Ranking position (see above)
- Complaint history (unless the source has issued a public retraction we can verify)
- Historical warnings on operators that later improved (the historical note stays, but we add an update)
How to request a correction
Email editorial@safegamingsites.com with:
- The exact URL of the affected page
- The specific text you believe is incorrect
- The correct information
- Verifiable supporting evidence (a link to the operator’s T&C, regulator page, or dated screenshot)
Response time
We acknowledge every correction request within 24 hours. Verified errors are corrected within 48 hours. Contested corrections are reviewed by Kshitij Kumawat (Editor-in-Chief) within 7 days.
How we log corrections
Every correction added a dated update box at the top of the affected page in this format:
Update — [Date]: [Description of what was corrected and why.]
We do not silently edit published pages. Every material change is dated and disclosed.
Major re-writes
When an operator’s product changes materially (new license, new payment methods, new bonus structure), we re-test under our S.Protect methodology and publish a full updated review with a “Last reviewed” date at the top. The prior review remains on the update log for historical reference.
Editor responsibility
All corrections are signed off by our Senior Content Editor Sahil Kumawat. Escalated complaints are reviewed by our Editor-in-Chief Kshitij Kumawat.
